Policy

Reservation and Payment

To secure your spot on a trip, you'll need to make a 25% down payment. While your reservation is pending, this 25% down payment is fully refundable.

Confirmation

Once your spot is confirmed, the 25% down payment becomes non-refundable.

Cancellation

If you cancel more than 90 days before your trip, you can get your 25% down payment back as a trip credit for future travel within a year, minus a $100 cancellation fee. If you cancel within 72 hours, no refund is available.

Balance Payment

Your remaining balance payment is due 90 days before the trip. After this point, no refunds can be issued, as funds have been used for bookings like accommodations and activities.

Late Reservations

If your trip departs within 90 days from your purchase date, full payment is required.
